"Every interaction I’ve ever had with anyone here has been positive. I used progressive before I went to State Farm. Progressive could care less about you. Every time I ever had to call Progressive about anything, I dreaded it. Never had that feeling with State Farm. They treat you like an actual human being. I recently experienced an issue and it was because of something I didn’t do on my end within a certain time frame. State Farm went above and beyond to help me get that corrected. I spoke to Abby specifically that day and she was so helpful and empathetic to my situation. Definitely giving a 5/5 stars, I would give more if I could."
