"Ver , very hard to deal with. Will not take the time to listen and definitely with not help . I was ran into and was told to pay $500 for deductible! WHY ,I WAS HIT NOT DOING THE DAMAGE. Was told by Andrea Young account manager “pay the $500 or State Farm will not fix my car “ Why???? Has to be in the bottom 1/2 percent in customer care.(that do not care) go do business with Nationwide. Far better service."
