"I got to work with Andrea who was very helpful. She was able to save us quite a bit monthly. We even tried to work with other agents that were partner/affiliated with other insurances. And everyone told me my best rates were with progressive and not to bother switching. Glad I didn't listen! We were able to keep our similar coverage with a little extra for less money! While we ended up not doing other types of policies she was able to inform me about them and their purpose, which I never knew before. I'm glad I was able to find an agency who actually helps. Bonus when we share a name!"

"We are an older couple, and while we are not ignorant, we are not always aware of today's changes and terminology in the insurance world. Shawna was not only helpful, but very patient with our many questions and phone calls-infact her entire staff was most kind. "Shawna and her team are great to work with. My car was recently totaled by a deer. State Farm was on top of the claim and got it settled within a week. This was a difficult time for us, but I was so grateful for how this was handled by everyone who was involved. ~Paul"

"Update. Cancelled policy. One final chance for the staff here to use the correct address I provided and send final refund.. Of course they didn't enter the correct one, so I'll call in a couple weeks and have them try again. It's just what they do here. Complete incompetence. Every Single Time. Billing was a problem until someone finally did their job. Roadside assistance perk was no perk at all. Never ever need that... Because you'll wait, for hours and hours and still have nobody show up. Send an email and get ignored.... Very poor. I'm glad I'm a very good driver and never needed to make a claim, I'm sure that would have been a miserable experience."

"So I have a SR22 through State farm to gainsco I made all my payments through my bank except for December I made it in cash and now they suspended my license and I have to do another 3 years with the SR22 after doing a year thank you so much for making me waste $2,800"
